All dinners are served buffet style. Plated and family-style services are available for an additional fee.

Buffet Style Set Up, China (Rosedale & Eastbank Exclusive)/Disposeable Dinnerware (Offsite), Non-Alcoholic Beverage Station (Rosedale & Eastbank Exclusive), Disposable Cake Plates, Professional Event Staff

*Disposable dinnerware is included with events hosted under the outdoor pavilion.

*Some substitutions may be available upon request. All menu selections will add a 7% sales tax and a 20% Gratuity.
