Standard Buffet
Each menu package includes this buffet-style setup, disposable plates and cutlery/napkin roll-ups, and professional buffet attendants. China plates, silverware, linen napkins, non-alcoholic beverages, disposable cake plates, and bussing staff may be rented for an additional fee.

Family-style
An elegant crossover between buffet and plated meals, served right to the table. Our staff will have your table set with your menu options for your guests to serve themselves. Check out our family-style menu.
Plated
Each meal is plated, and your guests are served quickly and individually. It requires more staff attention for service and clean-up for a plated meal.
Private Aircraft Catering
We hold catering contracts for private aircraft that fly out of the Eastern Iowa airport. Place your order through Air Culinaire Worldwide or NetJets and let us cook for your next trip. See the aviation menu here.
