How do I pay money into my child’s account?
This can be done three ways;
• By paying cash directly to us in the cafeteria, please note we will always give a receipt for any top-up made with payments available to view through your online account immediately
• By bank transfer your can download instructions here
• By PayPal you need to log into your online account at; http://zest.yis.ac.jp/ go to the e-Account section, select the amount you wish to top up and press ‘Top-Up’ you will be directed to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. Your payment will be in your account immediately.
Please note there is a 4% charge for using PayPal services.
How do I find out what my child has been eating?
You need to log into your online account at; http://zest.yis.ac.jp/ go to the reports section and scroll down to ‘Card Activity Report’ you will be asked to put the dates or day you wish to view with the items purchased being displayed
What is my username and Password to log into my online account?
Click the link to our Online Account Online Accounts Using your unique YIS Family code (Starts with F followed with 5 digits) Use this as your username and Passcode. Once you have logged in for the first time you will be able to reset your password to something more memorable to you.
I have forgotten my password what shall I do?
Send an email to info@zestcatering.co and we will be able to reset this back to you YIS Family ID.
How can I see the balance of our account?
You need to log into your online account at;http://zest.yis.ac.jp/ on your home page the E-Account Balance will be displayed
Does my child need to buy a wristband?
The wristbands have been introduced to help speed up service and add security to our system. to give your child more break time and less time queuing for their meal.
How do I know my child is getting a nutritionally balance meal?
When your child comes through for their lunch we serve the protein part of the meal, to ensure we have greater control of their daily requirements, our dietitian and staff along with teachers are on hand to encourage, give advice and encourage your child fill the remainder of their plate with vegetables fruits and starch of the day.
Every lunch set meal comes with a free drink to aid digestion.
Biometrics (finger print recognition)
We now have biometrics available to adults middle and high school students, this service is free and can be used to purchase items, check account balance and top up using our self service kiosk.
